We have had a very busy couple of months here at PECM and what better way to kick of 2018 than to have been a part of the Southern Manufacturing Exhibition. The event was a huge success for us and gave us an opportunity to meet some of our fantastic clients and grow our readership further. Moving forward to issue 31, well what can I say, this is a fantastic issue for us as we have two major trade shows that we will be attending in the coming months. Firstly, from the 9th to the 13th of April the MACH exhibition returns to the NEC Birmingham where we are thrilled to be exhibiting once again. With over 600 exhibitors and staggering £150m worth of business attributed to MACH 2016, the 2018 show is not to be missed! Make sure you pop down to stand H7-114 to say hello and pick up your copy of PECM. From the 10th to the 12th of April we will also be attending at Drives and Controls Exhibition. The show is recognized as the UK’s leading show for Automation, Power Transmission and Motion Engineering. You can see the full show preview on pages 44 - 47. We’ve got an issue packed full of in-depth features and in this edition some highlights include Magna’s support of the new G-Class with world-class contract manufacturing. We’ve also got an extensive feature on prolonging the service life of a control valve through proper selection and operation. I hope you enjoy reading issue 31 as much as we have enjoyed producing this fantastic issue and please do make sure you pop down and see us at Drives and Controls and The MACH Exhibition in April.
