BULK BAG DISCHARGER
BULK-OUT® Model BFC Bulk Bag Discharger
is enclosed on five sides and vented to a
centralised dust collector to contain errant
dust escaping through seams or fabric of
unlined bulk bags. Works in concert with
a manual SPOUT-LOCK™ clamp ring atop
a pneumatically actuated TELE-TUBE™
telescoping tube that allows quick, dust-tight
connections between the bag spout and
hopper, and automatically elongates the bag
as it empties to promote flow and evacuation.
A POWER-CINCHER™ pneumatically-actuated
flow control valve cinches the bag spout
concentrically with no leakage of material,
allowing gradual opening of the bag spout
as well as retying of partially empty bags.
FLOW-FLEXER™ bag activators raise and lower
opposite bottom edges of the bag, promoting
material flow and total discharge.
New EMKA Catalogue – small and medium quarter-turn latches/locks
In their new 2017/2018 catalogue EMKA describe the Program 1012 and 1022 quarter-turn
latches and locks in their small to medium size range, for use on small cabinets, wall mounted
enclosures, control desks, machine controls, boxes and instrument cases. In these applications
their simple insert keys, uniform profile cylinder locks and wing knob options will be of interest to
manufacturers and installers alike.
Rated at IP65 the 1012 and 1022 series utilise the traditional small EMKA cut-out with the 1022
type offering in addition vibration resistant compression locking or IP69K sealing with quick-fit
assembly. Materials include zinc die chrome plated, zinc die black powder coated, stainless steel
AISI 303 and black polyamide.
