New KUSE X-life Load ratings increased by up to 44% and rating life extended threefold Advances in linear technology are still possible even for well-established products. The New KUSE series achieves even greater accuracies, enabling use in the highest precision applications - and has been awarded the Schaeffler X-life quality mark. Design improvements have increased load ratings for six-row KUSE linear recirculating ball bearing and guideway assemblies by up to 44%. Rating life is three times higher. Pulse amplitude has also been reduced by up to 83% Instead of the usual four rows of balls, six rows now support all loads; four rows support compressive loads while two rows take the tensile loads. The KUSE X-life series is therefore perfect for combined load directions, having one of the highest rigidity levels and load carrying capacities based on balls for any monorail guidance system currently available. The New KUSE X-life series - for the highest-precision applications in electronics production, microscopy, optics and applications that require both a high load carrying capacity and long, trouble-free operating performance.
