When thinking small pays big “To make a meaningful invention; discover what all experts agree is impossible and then do it” - Arthur C. Clarke When, in 1986, a young German engineer, Joachim M. Wagner Dipl.Ing (FH) (rough English equivalent MSc), decided to do the impossible of making the internal combustion engine produce more power with less fuel and cleaner exhausts, all at the same time! He was constrained to think ever smaller until he identified that the prime cause of the chronic inefficiency is the wildly erratic nature of the spark which ignites the fuel. This, he discovered, is, in turn, caused by the chaotic nature of the electricity being fed into the spark plug and so he set about removing this chaos. The way to do this, he discovered, is to return the natural order to the electron stream delivering the energy to the spark plugs. This, after some years of experimentation, he discovered is best achieved by building a non- conductive resonance mirror which, using the energy already present in the system needing correction, supplies a constant correction. This “ordering” stops the chaos which normally grows with the distance travelled and replaces it with an increasing order. The result is that the spark igniting the fuel is no longer random but precise in quantity, timing and position. This sketch gives an idea of the energy flow before and after status within a power cable: A nice side-effect is a very considerable reduction in the amount of heat and other chaotic energies being radiated by cables etc. Motor manufacturers were not wildly excited about this invention due to the “unfortunate” side-effect of making the entire vehicle last much longer and need fewer replacement parts. The invention found its initial prime market in tuning shops, especially in Taiwan. In 2002, Mr. Wagner joined forces with the British researcher, Karma Singh, not merely because of Mr. Singh’s marketing skills but also to look at other possible applications of the technology. The technology does not deal with the elementary particles themselves but with the informational structures which causes them to coalesce out of The Field. All material, be this mechanical or biological, is made out of the same elementary particles! Although a TCM doctor in Taiwan had already noted this in 1993 and carried out many successful experiments upon his patients, it was not until Mr. Singh, who has considerable 144 PECM Issue 27 expertise in this area, joined the team that this area of application was developed. To understand what then follows, we must revisit the work of James Clerk Maxwell who, in the 19th century, wrote the equations describing the electro-magnetic field. Merely eight of his 24 equations are, however, taught in engineering schools because, until very recently, nobody had the vaguest idea what the “scalar waves” described in the other equations were or what possible use they could be. It was only towards the end of the 1990’s that it was finally discovered that biological systems use not electricity (as had been believed for a century and more) but scalar waves for their internal communication and control! How can it be so cheap? Because, instead of trying to suppress the symptoms (the effects) of the problem, the Harmony United technology works to remove the CAUSE! This is always much, much cheaper. Disharmonic proportions; conventional solution: Either move or re-build premises. Harmony United solution: Apply devices which order the space and the dishar
