We off er the fullest range of welding capabilities,
from MIG, ARC and high standard TIG welding,
delivered to you in part or fi nished and fully
assembled to suit your requirements. Our design
capabilities are second to none, compromising
our innovative 3D modelling software which
allows us to create detailed plans for your review
before any metalwork is undertaken.
We are currently in the process of installing a
new laser machine, the TruMatic 1000 fi ber from
Trumpf. We have been fortunate enough to
receive the fi rst one of this design in the United
Kingdom and it will be ready for use as of Mays’
production.
Being a combination machine, it gives the
benefi ts of both punching and laser processing,
successfully completing challenging jobs
with ease. The TruDisk laser works even on
nonferrous metals with clear advantages to the
users and the customers whose products are
being made. The lasers are energy effi cient and
can be used to full capacity and it is fl exible with
enhanced reliability and versatility, ensuring
smart ejection of laser-cut small parts.
