MEASUREMENT & MONITORING Easy machining of sturdy enclosures Robust ARCA IEC cabinets from Fibox provide comprehensive protection for installed components and allow for very easy and inexpensive machining. Up to IK10 impact resistance is ensured by the enclosure design with reinforced corners and doors and by the special glass- fiber-reinforced polycarbonate material. By reducing the fiber ratio to 10%, Fibox has eliminated the disadvantages occurring with other such materials. The polycarbonate enclosures can be easily customized with conventional tools, with negligible wear. Chips and debris material do not need to be suctioned off while working. In other enclosure materials, threaded holes can lose their function under strain. Glatt Process Technology Food, Feed & Fine Chemicals: Experts in particle building processes With its own fluidized and spouted bed technologies, Glatt is one of the world’s leading suppliers of integrated process solutions. Product innovators come for one-week tests to Glatt´s German technology center to benefit from the expertise in particle design and engineering by developing granulation, encapsulation and coating processes. Thanks to the great variety of process parameters, the possibilities in enhancing and functionalizing are almost unlimited. Glatt’s whitepaper examines how to optimize particle building processes, discussing practical examples, successful product and process development, and plant engineering: Email: [email protected] WWW: www.fibox.com www.enhancing-ingredients.com Southern Springs and Pressings Ltd Plastic vs Metal – 5 reasons to switch to Plastic SSP will be showcasing some of their most popular products at the Southern Manufacturing and Electronics show. More OEM’s are looking to reduce the weight of components but still maintain their performance. This combined with a reduction in cost means plastic can be an attractive alternative to metal... Investing heavily in the business, SSP have purchased new equipment and machinery, to ensure they continue to provide their customers with the most innovative and cost-effective methods of production. With a new de-burring machine delivered in 2016, which will allow SSP to achieve high value-added surface improvements to their products and a new inspection department is now in operation. SSP will be exhibiting at Stand Number M116 and they look forward to seeing you there. www.southernsprings.co.uk Follow us on LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube 01425 611517 [email protected] 5 REASONS TO SWITCH TO PLASTIC 1.
