Dixon will be showcasing their range of hygienic fittings and actuated valves on a stainless steel fabricated display and new table stand engineered and built from their product range; along with a carousel of hygienic hoses assemblies offering odourless and taste free properties suitable for li uid foodstuffs Dixon’s hygienic hose range includes a range of rubber, silicone, and F hose assemblies which can be custom made to exact requirements with accessories including wash down guns and steam lances. Also on show will be the newly launched Hygienic Breakaway Check alve, hich is proving to be the 36 PECM Issue 22 right connection’, potentially saving companies thousands. Launched last year the new Dixon reaka ay heck alve is an innovative solution that is designed to eliminate product loss too. It incorporates the Breakaway Coupling and a ygienic heck alve t acts as a single unit that has a diverted breaking point which will break at a determined break-load. Then the check valve will close protecting the loading bay pipe system AND avoiding product spillage. The breakaway check valve is only one of the bespoke valves recently produced by Dixon. With an on-site valve actuation shop, 3D design, full technical and sales back-up and BSI approved manufacturing and engineering department, Dixon can design and produce individual bespoke valves and fabricated configurations to uickly and efficiently solve customer problems.
