Dulaney and features Southern cuisine
by Chef Brandy Williamson made with
local and seasonal produce.
The design was inspired by nature
with a warm, modern vibe while
respecting the historical bones of the
building with the original Savannah
brick and groove bead board ceilings.
The shotgun layout is reminiscent of
a Manhattan restaurant with the
majority of seating along the perimeter. A square tufted banquette runs the
length of the dining room, with custom

tables and Italian dining chairs completing the seating. Upholstered velvet
panels provide sound absorption, and
customized sconces by Visual Comfort
offer necessary lighting and ambiance.
Inspired by the locks and bars of the
bank vault, Joel worked with local
craftsmen to create drum pendants
for the interior. A backdrop of vertically placed poplar, along with a wall
papered in Cole and Son Birch pattern, continues the natural theme in
a contemporary fashion.
