Summer Cocktails GIN BUCK 1 ½ ounces gin Juice of half a lemon or lime Ginger beer Fill a Collins glass with ice and add the gin and lemon or lime juice. Fill with ginger beer and stir briefly. Garnish with a lemon or lime wedge. Serves one. SPIKED BLUEBERRY-MINT LEMONADE 10 blueberries 4–6 fresh mint leaves 1 ounce lemon juice 2 dashes of orange bitters 1 ounce simple syrup 2 ounces water 2 ounces vodka Additional blueberries and mint for garnish Muddle blueberries, mint leaves, lemon juice, and bitters in a cocktail shaker.
