AUSTIN CIDER
Great for brunch, lunch or holiday
party. You can cut back on the vodka
if using early in the day and make
them up in batch for party serving.
2 ounces good cider (preferably organic)
1 ounce Tito’s Vodka
2–3 ounces Prosecco
Apple peel (for garnish)
Stir together cider and vodka, strain
into flute, top with prosecco. Garnish
with apple peel.
