EASY PUMPKIN MUFFINS
Moist vanilla cake mix
(with added ingredients as directed)
1 can puréed pumpkin

2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
or more to taste
Cinnamon
Follow the directions for the cake mix
and add in pumpkin and spices. The
pumpkin purée will make the muffins
extra moist. Sprinkle with cinnamon
and bake as directed.
