Christmas and the holidays are all about friends, family and fellowship. It is my
favorite time of the year, but certainly the busiest. I am all about last-minute, speedy
options that I keep on hand at all times. If you do not have time to make homemade
pimento cheese, buy one at a gourmet grocery. Serve plenty of good wine and
cocktails. Keep them flowing and your guests will forget all about your appetizers.
