FOOD + ENTERTAINING PEACHY’S CRANBERRY RELISH 1 cup fresh cranberries ½ cup sugar ¼ cup fresh cilantro leaves Juice of 3 large limes (give or take) 1 jalapeño or more to taste Pulse all in a food processor until very small but not completely puréed. Drain excess liquid so it is not runny. Serve with turkey for dinner or spread on sandwiches for lunch. Can also be served on cream cheese with crackers as an appetizer. HOLIDAY 2014 51
