This is one of the first
restaurants we ever tried
in Jackson. Had been

highly recommended
by one of my “foodie”
friends, and still remains
my “go to favorite”
of all places. Guess
you could consider it
more “upscale” dining,
yet everything in Jack-
son is pretty relaxed.
I love the tuna tartare
appetizer, while the
half roasted chicken
and Bistro meatloaf
are wonderful too.
You can’t go wrong
with their steak frites! Merry Piglets
Think I just love the
name alone! Sounds like
such a happy place and
it is. It’s certainly hard
to beat Tex Mex food,
but this place delivers.
Great chips, salsa (very
important) and enchila-
das. There is usually a
little bit of a wait, but it’s
located right in town, so
you can walk around the
square and browse or sit
and enjoy their fabulous
margaritas!
