GET SOME SLEEP! Sleep is underrated in this country. I’m a believer in eight hours a night. You’ll find it refreshes and restores you as you tackle the day. DRINK LOTS OF WATER. Think of your body weight and divide the number by two. That’s how many ounces you need to drink each day. If you weigh 130 pounds, you need 65 ounces of water daily, or about 8 8-ounce glasses.
