spa in Santa Barbara
for massage, facials,
acupuncture and many
other healing modalities.

I have been practicing yoga here from the
moment I returned to
Santa Barbara, and I love
each and every teacher.
From beginners to serious athletes, it is a very

Don’t miss a good beach
walk, especially during
low tide…I love this
beach in front of the Biltmore Hotel in Montecito.

Another fun thing to
go see…everything
from succulents to
redwoods (seriously…
it’s amazing!). Great for
little kids, plus they
allow dogs on leashes.
It’s a terrific place for a
picnic, especially if we
have our famous “June
Gloom” which soaks
our beaches with fog…
drive towards the
mountains, and it all
disappears!
