Outlook for 2019
While the Bell Insurance side of our operation
enjoyed a 5 percent ($125,125) P&C commission
increase, the PDAIS division suffered a 1.6
percent ($-9,655) decrease in P&C income and
a 9.1 percent ($-41,844) decrease in health
insurance income.
It is imperative that the PDAIS numbers be
turned around in order to achieve maximum
profitability. To do this we need to be more
sales-focused while still providing the
exceptional service our member dentists expect
and deserve. This objective, coupled with a
continued effort to increase revenue and reduce
expenses, will be my primary focus in 2019.
