NEWS FROM THE OFFICE 2018 DUES INVOICES The Board of Directors voted at the October 4, 2017 Board Meeting to once again give those members who are in good standing (donʼt owe the POA past dues) a $10 credit toward the 2018 dues. The annual amount is $48. Your invoice will show the $10 credit making the balance owed $38. If you had a credit from 2017 for overpayment of the 2017 dues, this will also reflect on your invoice. The 2018 dues invoices will be MAILED to all members during the week of November 6. The 2018 dues are due to the POA by December 31, 2017. If not paid in full by January 31, 2018, a $15 late fee will be applied to your ac- count. This is the time for anyone who has not paid 2017 dues to pay them now so you can take advantage of the $10 credit for 2018. Those who owe past dues will be billed $48 plus a $15 late fee until the balance is paid in full. All those who are three years or more in arrears will be notified by certified mail during the first week of February, 2018 that the POA will be filing a lien against the property. If anyone has a problem with paying past dues in full, please call me and we can set up a payment plan for you to have your PC- CPOA obligation paid. If you have any questions, please give me a call. Marge Huffman, Office Manager PCC POA The 2018 Budget Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 7 at 1:30pm at the POA Office. All members are welcome to attend. Your input is also welcome.
