Gonzalez. Bob Heise was not present Minutes: Brian Biggs made a motion to accept the July 21, 2015 Board of Directors Meeting Minutes. The motion was seconded by Dave Paulin and passed unanimously. Treasurer’s Report: Don McGlamery reported that finances are on track for 2015. Office Manager’s Report: There were eight escrows closed in September and 20 are currently open. The Fall Festival was held on September 26th and was a success with $1,140 raised for the food bank. Committee Reports: • Architectural (Stephen Gonzalez): Steve Gonzalez reported that four permits were issued in September: two fences, one porch, and one shed. • Budget & Finance (Don McGlamery): There will be a budget and finance meeting on October 20, 2015 at 6pm at the POA to draft the 2016 preliminary budget. • Building & Grounds (Don McGlamery): No report. • CC&Rs Enforcement (Bob Heise): No report. • Community Enhancement (Dave Paulin): The dead tree at the front entrance was replaced. • Community Relations (Brian Biggs): No report. • Health & Safety (Mary Kloeppel): Mary Kloeppel will write an article in the newsletter reminding people to pick up after their dogs. • Nominating Committee (Don Grad): See above. Unfinished Business • None. New Business • Escrow and Resale Fees: Don McGlamery noted that PCC continually has a surplus each year and there are no foreseeable projects that will require significant spending beyond our planned reserves (for roof, a/c, machines, etc.). Don McGlamery made a motion to reduce the escrow fees effective January 1, 2016 from $165 ($110 disclosure, $55 transfer) to $125 ($75 disclosure, $50 transfer). The motion was seconded by Dave Paulin and passed unanimously. • Result of October 5, 2015 Poll: A poll was taken of the Board regarding the office hours during November while the Office Manager is on medical leave. The Board unanimously voted to keep the office open from 1pm to 4pm during November with volunteers manning the office. Don McGlamery will manage the escrows and any bills. The office will be closed from December 24, 2015 through January 1, 2016 and will reopen on Monday January 4, 2016. Brian Biggs-Secretary PG&CC Board of Governor’s Meeting October 13, 2015 The meeting was called to order at 2:00 pm by President, Wayne Melquist. Attendees: Wayne Melquist, Jim Burton, Perry Hedstrom, Bob Welborn, Jeanene Welborn, Alexa McDade and Jeff Hall. Treasurer’s Report: A balance of $239.16 was reported. Minutes: The September minutes were approved. New Business: Owner, Jeff Hall reported the EZ Go golf carts have resulted in a greater savings in fuel economy than expected. Due to the recent chip and seal road work, golf cart markings will be repainted between 7-8, 15-16, and 17-18. Alexa McDade suggested sending an email to PGCC members about the 2016 election. Five positions will be needed to fill vacated positions on the Board. Festival of Lights will be on Thursday, December 10. Wayne Melquist, Bob and Jeanene Welborn along with Alexa McDade will be meeting to discuss how to make this a bigger food drive for the Yavapai Food Bank. Meeting was adjourned at 3:00.
