Board of Directors Meeting June 16, 2015
The following Minutes will be approved subject to corrections at the next Board
of Directors Meeting.
Date & Time
Pursuant to Section 7.0 of the POA Bylaws, a regular meeting of the Board of
Directors was held Tuesday, June 16, 2015 at 6:00 PM at the Property Owners
Association Activity Center.
Officers and Quorum:
The President, Ken Jeffries, opened the meeting at 6:00 PM and the Secretary, Brian
Biggs, took Minutes. The following additional Board Members were present: Don
McGlamery, Mary Kloeppel, Dave Paulin, Bob Heise, Don Grad, Gracelyn Palmer, and
Stephen Gonzalez.
Minutes
Brian Biggs made a motion to accept the May 19, 2015 Board of Directors Meeting
Minutes. The motion was seconded by Gracelyn Palmer and passed unanimously.
Treasurer’s Report
Don McGlamery reported that finances are on track for 2015.
Office Manager’s Report
Don McGlamery reported that there are 22 open escrows.
Committee Reports
• Architectural (Stephen Gonzalez): No Report.
• Budget & Finance (Don McGlamery): No Report.
• Building & Grounds (Don McGlamery): No Report.
• CC&Rs Enforcement (Bob Heise): Bob Heise requested help with locating homes
with tall weeds or other violations. Please contact Bob Heise or Marge Huffman at
the office with an address if you notice any unsightly properties.
• Community Enhancement (Dave Paulin): The dead tree at the front entrance will
be removed by Balta Landscaping.
• Community Relations (Brian Biggs): No report.
• Health & Safety (Mary Kloeppel): Health Screening will be at the POA office on
Saturday, July 18. Look for insert in July Newsletter. (Secretary’s note)
• Nominating Committee (Don Grad): No report.
Unfinished Business None
New Business
• Parking Lot Paving Bids – Don McGlamery presented bids from three paving
contractors from $3436 to $4700. Don McGlamery made a motion to accept the
lowest bid of $3436 from Specialty Paving and Grading. The motion was seconded
by Brian Biggs and passed unanimously.

• Fall Festival: Saturday, September 26, 2015
• Fall Community Garage Sale: Saturday, October 3, 2015

Adjournment
Dave Paulin made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:20 pm. The motion was
seconded by Bob Heise and the meeting was adjourned.
