IS PARKING VEHICLES ON THE STREET LEGAL?
Many members over the years have asked me if parking vehicles on
the streets of the subdivision is legal.
As you know, the streets are owned and maintained by Yavapai
County. I contacted Earl Percy on July 10 th and here is his response:
“Hi Marge,
Parking on the street is legal. The only time parking is not per-
mitted is when a NO Parking sign is present.
Earl Pearcy, Road Construction Supervisor”
The POA asks everyone to be courteous of their neighbors when
parking on the street. It is always best to park in your driveway so as
not to hinder the traffic flow. This is especially important on Ironwood
Lane and other narrow streets.
Thank you for your cooperation.

COMPLAINTS REGARDING WEEDS
ON GOLF COURSE PROPERTY
This is to let everyone know when a complaint comes in about high
grass on golf course property, I contact Jessica Hall and ask if the
maintenance men would take care of the situation. My last email to
Jessica was on July 12 and it addressed the high grass on Stirrup High
Dr. Here is the response.
“I understand that you receive many complaints about the high
grass, and we receive all of them as well. Jeff is letting parts of the
golf course go natural similar to some areas of StoneRidge. Per-
haps letting them be aware of that would help? Or if it makes your
life any easier, you could just remind them that Prescott Golf &
Country Club is not a member of the PCC POA, and is not required
to abide by the CC&Rs. We normally try to accommodate, but this
yearʼs e-mails and complaints have been extremely high.” Jessica
