Business Litigation Seminar Reception
A reception followed the April Business Litigation seminar on Lost Profits Damages
in Commercial Litigation . Our Judicial Panel, consisting of Judge Hafele and
Judge Artau, along with Federal Magistrates Brannon and Matthewman, spoke on
Presenting Damages Analyses to Juries and Daubert/Frye Challenges. The audio
