The Business Support sessions for ‘Pass it On’ have begun!
The theme for this month is ‘target setting’. You might be wondering how can that be applied to Business Support roles. It might require thinking outside the box and looking at how we can set ourselves targets to achieve within our own departments. We would like any feedback or ideas on different ways of target setting.

Padlet wall training
It's amazing how easy it is to create a padlet wall, or to add your own ideas and tips to the ‘Pass it on 14’ wall.
Twitter for Beginners
This was especially useful for those who do not use social media to communicate. It included basic knowledge and top tips, including how a hashtag (#) works and information on ‘trending’. Thank you to Jess Padley for this session with more details here.
