“I am very thankful to have been
chosen to receive such a generous
scholarship that will help me achieve
my goal of becoming a registered
nurse. My dream is to work as a
pediatric nurse helping children with
heart conditions. After having the
opportunity to meet my scholarship
donors, I learned that some of these
empowering women took a very
similar road to the one that I am on
now. I am thankful to AAUW, along
with the other Foundation donors,
who have supported PHSC students
like me that are on a journey to
become successful. I feel like I could
have the chance to make a difference
in a child’s life with my career. I truly
thank you for helping me get a few
steps closer to that!”
