NUTRITION CHANGE YOUR RELATIONSHIP with Food T he way we treat what we put into our bodies is a perfect reflection of how we feel about ourselves. Not only do we become what we eat but we also eat according to what we have become- and for many of us, that includes lazy, overweight, discontent beings. So, how did we get here? Very few of us carry little awareness of our mood and its connection to food and as a result we eat with our emotions rather than with our physiological need for hunger. We eat through our feelings in order to avoid them rather than actually feel them. The latter takes courage. In fact, it takes great courage to be able to allow ourselves to actually feel our feelings in order to deal with them.
