A new Intranet for Optivo
Our Comms and Technology teams have recently kicked off a project to create a new intranet for Optivo . The site will be built on SharePoint 365 Online and has been designed with a host of exciting communication and collaboration features that will support our new ‘ One Team ’ culture .
These include :
• z Team sites for all services areas where you can introduce your team members , store draft documents you ’ re working on with colleagues , and share useful information and resources with rest of the business .
• z The ability to post news updates and event articles to the home page , providing the opportunity to promote your team news to the whole of Optivo .
The project will be delivered in two stages ; the first stage will see the delivery of a ‘ skinny ’ site for Day One . This will provide a shared online space where we can post partnership news and videos . It will also provide a one-stop-shop for all Optivo related information , including ; policies and procedures , branding guidelines , templates , HR information and training resources .
Stage Two ( to be delivered between May and October ) will see us expanding the skinny site , to include team pages and additional content for each service area in Optivo .
In the short term , the new site will provide links to our current intranets - Inside Viridian and AmicusHorizon ’ s Yoda . The plan is to keep both of these running until all content has been audited , refreshed and migrated to the new site . We ’ ll be working closely with all teams over spring and summer to take this forward .
