#TogetherBetter Progress, insights and news updates on our partnership March 2017 Paul Hackett Chief Executive Designate Optivo is starting to take shape… Thanks to everyone who gave feedback on the logo. We had a great response and after analysing first, second and third choices, we’ve emerged with a clear and well supported winner! The above design was liked by both residents and staff who felt it to be a contemporary, eye-catching and unique logo that symbolised people and communities coming together through Optivo. You also told us the colour palette needed to be warmer and the name Optivo made more visible in the design – so that’s what we did. Altogether, we had 920 colleagues respond to the brand positioning survey, which is fantastic. We also had a further 163 residents, stakeholders and potential house buyers respond via focus groups, surveys and telephone calls. Shadow Board have now approved the design recommended by the testing and by the agency. We’re delighted with the result and we’re looking forward to seeing it on hoardings; in offices; on uniforms and on mugs! The design agency are now developing the brand fully so we can use it with pride. In the meantime, and as with the name, we must ask you to keep this confidential for now until we go public. Thanks again to everyone for joining in and supporting our branding journey. We’d like to especially thank colleagues who suggested the name Optivo or earlier versions of it. It’s been a real One Team effort and we can all be proud of the results. The journey continues…
