NYU Lutheran Dental Medicine is proud to be part of the New York-based
NYU Langone Health System and NYU Lutheran Medical Center, a 476-bed
teaching hospital and Level I Trauma Center—distinguished as the first
and largest hospital-based Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in the
United States.
With the incoming class in July, 2015, coupled with residents who are already studying in one of NYU
Lutheran Dental’s multi-year programs, the total number of postdoctoral dental residents in-training
with NYU Lutheran Dental will be over 450. Each dental resident will learn and train in one of our
225 fully equipped extramural clinical healthcare partner training centers (CHC) and Indian Health
Services (IHS) affiliate clinics throughout the United States and international locations.
