The Parks and Recreation Department delivers excellent
customer service by way of our personnel and the upkeep of
the Community Center, where lasting memories are made.
We’ve done several renovations to enhance the Community
Center, which also contribute to customer satisfaction.
Please see below for a list of 2017-2018 completed projects:
- Replaced banquet carpet in Rooms B, C and D
- Installed accordion hurricane shutters
- Refinished the benches and replaced the door in the Bobby
Ginn Wing
- Refinished the information station
- Replaced the Community Fitness & Wellness Center
flooring
- Restored and repaired the roof
- Stained the plaza area and painted the planters
- Added electric to the exterior of the South side of the
Community Center
- Added electricity and air conditioning to the storage shed
- Replaced surveillance cameras
- Added several plants and mulch to the exterior
- Added FOB entrance to the back door
