Today: What do you do in
your day to day?
Sabrina Coates: Certainly,
no two days are the
same. I spend time
one-on-one with clients
doing a myriad of things.
Everything from staging
a home, to showing
properties, conducting
listing presentations,
negotiating repairs,
or discussing offers
— I am in constant
communication with my
clients.
Then there is all the
stuff that happens behind
the scenes, coordinating
and art directing photo
shoots, combing all the
pictures to find the best
combination to show the
house. Then all the time
spent behind a computer
getting the home in MLS,
drawing up paperwork,
setting up searches, scour-
ing the MLS for potential
homes, and writing offers.
I also have to carve
out time for marketing,
business planning, social
media updates, checking
loan statuses and continu-
ing education. Certainly,
no two days are the same,
nor are they ever boring.
