in 2015, and opened my own law firm in January of 2016.”  With her primary focus on crimi- nal defense and family law, she is able to be a court-appointed attorney for both criminal and Child Protective Services (CPS) cases. It’s through her court cases that she is familiar with her charity, the Children’s Advocacy Center of Parker County [CACPC].  “My connection to CPS cases is how I was able to get involved with the Children’s Advocacy Center of Parker County. I am excited to see just how much the CACPC has grown in the short time I have been involved. I started on a task force of community members that had a passion to get this started, and now it is open with a fabulous executive director, wonderful board members, and a building full of hard-work- ing staff and volunteers.”  Lindquist is very excited to be able to help out the CACPC as they are represented for the first time in the bachelorette competition.  “I am excited to be a part of the 2018 Parker County Sweet Charity & Bachelorettes because it will give me a great platform to raise more money for CACPC. Parker County Today has been such a wonderful part of the community, and I am very thankful I get this opportunity to pair with Drake’s Yoke and CACPC to help end the cycle of abuse in Parker County.” Bachelorette — Ericha Schmidt Charity — Stars and Strides Therapeutic Riding Stables Restaurant — Whistle Hill’s Downtown Cafe Ericha Schmidt is the executive direc- tor of Chick-fil-A in Weatherford and partners with Whistle Hill’s Downtown Cafe to raise funds for Stars and Strides.
