PCT: What is your title and what do you do? CM: President of F2C Designs. I help design and put together projects with customers and arrange installations of different types of jobs with our certified installers. PCT: When did you start your business? Why? CM: I’ve been in the industry since 1998. I was a partner in a flooring store in Fort Worth for a few years and decided start my own company here in Weatherford in 2013. It was closer to home and the people are more laid back, and this area is growing rapidly, so I wanted to be a part of the growth. Thank You Drew Springer! PCT: What’s the best part of your job? CM: Working with the homeowners one-on-one to help put together their project. PCT: What is a normal day like for you? CM: Starts between 6 and 7 in the morning getting our jobs rolling for the day, then I’m out and about checking on the jobs to make sure everyone and everything is going as planned. Typically, I try and use the afternoons to meet with new customers planning our future jobs. PCT: What do you consider a job well done? CM: A happy customer that can’t wait to tell friends and family about the work we performed for them. For the generous donation to the WPCAS Capital Improvement Fund.
