1 log of plain goat cheese
1 package Boursin cheese
Black lump caviar

Instructions:
In a stand mixer combine goat cheese
and Boursin until completely mixed.
Place generous amount of cheese
mixture in the center of waffle. Using
a plastic spoon place caviar on top of
cheese mixture. Serve and enjoy!
