I almost felt like I was on a safari in Texas, especially when we saw the bison.” “It was wonderful – a perfect mini-vacation,” Editorial Assistant Melanie McCrary said. “The food itself was extraordinary, but combine it with the castle’s beautiful ambiance, very little can compare.” “The tour was spectacular,” Office Manager Kathy Jones said. “I totally enjoyed it all; the staff, the food, the tour and the rooms were exquisite. The entire staff was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were the only people they have ever hosted.” Summing up the heart of the evening, Advertising Representative Darlene Green said, “It was probably one of the best nights I have had in a long time.
