TM: Being a small business owner, I wear a lot of hats! Marketing and business development, meeting clients, estimating, purchasing, accounting and managing operations are just a few day-to-day tasks. PCT: What do you look forward to the most in this new business?  TM: Growth! I look forward to growing business opportunities and expanding to provide a well- rounded service to clients. That doesn’t necessarily mean to be the biggest, but striving to be the best. PCT: What is the best piece of advice you can give to customers?  TM: “Cheap isn’t good and good isn’t cheap.” When making an investment in your home’s outdoor environment, do your homework and hire a trusted professional. This applies to maintenance as well; choosing a contractor who is dedicated to making sure your property is prop- erly maintained will pay dividends. To be successful, understanding your bottom line and being very efficient is crucial to be sustainable. For every hour in the field, countless hours are spent sourcing materials, planning and preparing for work to be performed. 490 PCT: Where do you see yourself and your business in the next 10 years? TM: Personally, I look to continue to be active in my community with youth sports along with a multitude of projects.
