Weatherford Christian School  Valedictorian Carley Mance Parents — Brian and Michelle Mance GPA — 4.3 Carley Mance plans to major in biopsychology this fall at a liberal arts college, meaning even neuroscience will be viewed through a liberal arts lens. Carley has attended Weatherford Christian School for four years, but during those four short years she has made her mark by participating in Student Council each year, and being a member of National Honor Society and Interact Club. Carley’s father, Brian, works for the government, and her mom, Michelle, owns an embroi- dery and screen-printing business. Because of her support and guidance, Carley’s mentor is her mother, who is always there through her unpredict- able or “out there” decisions.  Along with Student Council and Interact, Carley was a key leader in WCS’s praise and worship music team. Carley spends her free time volunteering at local nursing homes and with various service projects at her school.  Salutatorian  Grace Pendleton Parents — Brian and Melanie Pendleton  GPA — 3.6  Because of her love for working with kids, Grace will be majoring in speech pathology this fall. She has been attending WCS since her 8 th grade year where she has partici- pated in many activities including volleyball, Student Council and National Honor Society. Throughout her life, Grace’s grandmother has been her mentor, constantly being there for her in every situation. Grace is the daughter of Melanie Pendleton, a field trip coordinator, and Brian Pendleton, a physician’s assistant.
