Parker County Today PCT January 2019 | Page 73

PCT: What is something people don’t know about you? TS: I hiked the Inca trail to Machu Picchu in 2013. It was four-day hike and it me took 28 hours to do. PCT: What would you most like to be remembered for? TS: I want to be remembered that I was a good mother, wife and daugh- ter and that I was fun to be around, that I made people in my life laugh. PCT: What’s your favorite way to pay it forward? TS: I love being at a crowded restau- rant and finding someone eating alone and pay for their meal. I don’t want them to know who paid for it. I just want to let them know that some- one did something nice for them. PCT: If you could have lunch, living or dead in history, who would be? TS: Elvis Presley, the King of Rock and Roll!   PCT: If you had to do another job than what you’re doing, what would you do?  TS: This one is hard because I love what I do, but I love animals so if I had to choose another job, it would be working with animals in some way. PCT: What’s the best piece of advice PCT: What is your definition of the best day ever?  TS: My best day ever would be taking family and friends to Disney World in Florida. I would love to find a group of kids that I know, or that I don’t know, that have never been to Disney to take with us. I love to see Disney again through the eyes of someone seeing Disney for the first time. It really is a magical place. The best part is Disney would only open the park for us so we could ride every ride with no lines to wait in and as many times as we wanted. Then at the end of the day watch the fireworks at the Magic Kingdom with Tinker bell flying thru the air above us. The best part would be listening to everyone say it was a day we will never forget. I love Disney, I did my 30 th trip this year. 71
