build a website, mentoring at-risk youth, volunteering with local chari- ties, or even teaching in a special needs ministry. If I can be of help, I’ll do it.      PCT: If you could have lunch with someone, living or dead in history, who would it be?  SM: This one is easy — my grand- father, Murray Foster. He was such a kind and gentle man who meant the world to me. If I had the chance, we would eat lunch, which would include his famous banana pudding, play a game of Rummy 500, and then watch his favorite movie, “Bridge Over the River Kwai,” where we would whistle to the “Colonel Bogey March.” That sure brings back sweet memories!   PCT: If you had to do another job other than what you’re doing, what would you do?  SM: I love to travel, write and take photos.  I’ll take the job as photojour- nalist with National Geographic! I am always amazed at the work that they do.  • General Healthcare • Emergency and Critical Care • Advanced and Routine Surgery • Complete In-House Laboratory • Advanced Dental Procedures • Laser Therapy • Ultrasound • Endoscopy Doctors and staff on premise 24 hours daily for Emergencies and Critical Care. Do not let them go to waste! Use them to serve God and others.    PCT: What is the coolest thing you have done in your life?   SM: Hands down it was my trip to New Zealand. More specifically, I took a ride in a single-engine prop plane through miles and miles of the most extraordinary glaciers and then descended into Milford Sound to take a cruise through the fiord to experi- ence cascading waterfalls, beautiful rainforests and the bluest water you have ever seen. It was just breathtak- ing!  29
