history. But while the age-old mantra “war
never changes” still rings true for many things,
the opposite is true for the war on cancer.
In the footsteps of centuries of research, one
revolutionary group continuing the fight against
the disease into the 21st century is The Center
for Cancer & Blood Disorders, founded in
Tarrant County, operated in Weatherford for
nearly two decades.
