calls us and says, “I need to sell my property, but I’ve got
several projects that need to be fixed before I can even
think about listing it”, we immediately smile because we
know that our real estate service partners can both fix the
needs and provide exemplary service during the process.
Being in real estate nearly 15 years, we’ve developed rela-
tionships with numerous service partners who we recom-
mend daily. Everyone from lenders, inspectors, landscap-
ers, roofers, handy-men, arborists, painters, electricians, if
your home experience needs a trusted resource, we have
one we will recommend. And yes, we love it when clients
who are new to town call to ask us, “Where is a great
hairdresser in my neighborhood?” or “Where would you
take your dry cleaning to?” TSREG is your community ex-
pert, you have a need, we can connect you with someone
that has the answer
Always “Making a Difference” – Parker County
Today
Our list wouldn’t be complete without recognizing a team
who spends each day sharing the stories of Parker County
community advocates. Their fearless leader, Marsha
Brown, Publisher and Editor in Chief, is an icon of ad-
vocacy. Where there is a need in Parker County, there is
likely to be a Parker County Today event that supports that
need while entertaining and recognizing the contributing
guests. Tristan Evans, always our advocate, consistently
seeks opportunities to match a need with a blessing. The
entire team of Parker County Today is committed to not
Marty Leonard, Lyn Walsh, Marsha Brown, Beverly Branch
only producing quality journalism recognizing industry
leaders, neighborhood events, and groundbreaking de-
velopment, but also to serving in behind-the-scenes ways
that benefit many yet gains them no personal recognition.
Thank you, Marsha Brown and your team, for the impact
you’ve had on Parker County in 2018 – You make “Mak-
