is fee based which charges fees
based on the amount of assets
invested. Unlike many commis-
sion firms, we have a level fee
for all products which takes out
all the potential bias that can
come with a commission based
business. We are a fiduciary
which means we have a fidu-
ciary duty to act in the client’s
best interest. This is important
to note, something people
should consider when making
decisions concerning investing
for their retirement.
About Jimmy Day —
Jimmy Day is a lifetime resident of
Parker County. He and his wife Janice
have been married for 41 years and
have five children. Their eldest son,
Jeremy has worked with and beside
him for the last five years and, like
his father is extremely involved in the
community.
Jimmy has been involved with
numerous boards and various
nonprofit organizations over the
last 25 years. He is a charter board
member of the WISD Education
Foundation on which he continues to
serve.
