Bacon and Maple
Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients:
• 1 Pound Brussels Sprouts, trimmed
• 1/4 Cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 3 Tablespoons pure Maple Syrup
• 4 Slices of Bacon, cut into ½-inch pieces
• 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
• 1/4 Teaspoon freshly ground Black

Instructions:
•Sauté the Brussels Sprouts with Olive
Oil until soft (about 4 minutes)
•Add in the Maple Syrup and Bacon.
•Continue to sauté until caramelized.
•Season with salt and pepper to taste.
