Richards/Moorman Home, 405 West Lee Avenue NOVEMBER 2016 PA R K E R C O U N T Y T O D AY This home is part of merchants’ row along west Lee Avenue. Many of the homes along the street had owners who owned stores or businesses on the downtown square. The house was built in 1902 by the Richards family who owned a sporting goods store downtown. The home has only had three owners in its more than 100-year history and is built around a large central downstairs hallway that runs the length of the house. 82 Mt.
