Dylan has been in the Ag program for over 11 years and when asked who is the person that has had the most influ- ence in his Ag career, he’s quick to reply, “My Father.” Dylan is the son of David and Laura Chilcutt. Throughout Dylan’s show career, his older sister Brooke, has also played a major part and been very supportive in getting him where he is today. “He is a great asset to the FFA program,” said his Ag coach Paul Casey. “He’s chapter president and district president, and area officer in the FFA program. Dylan has shown a number of different animals including pigs, lambs, steers, heifers, goats as well as projects in Ag Mechanics. Dylan is definitely no stranger to the show ring. In 2018, Dylan won a $10,000 College Scholarship in the Lamb Division at the San Antonio Stock Show. “My parents have encouraged, basically pushed me to be a leader,” Dylan said.
