rett Hobson grew up on the Parker County
ranch that was established by his great-
grandparents almost a century ago.
While he was still a baby, his parents Phillip
and Linda Hobson established an air condition-
ing company in 1962.
“My father was building this company back
when he had to work hard to convince people
they needed central air conditioning,” Hobson
said. “Everybody had swamp coolers.”
