Drew Springer Wealth Management Award — Jeremy Day Parker County native Jeremy Day is working hard to make great strides in Parker County’s financial sector. As a member of the 1999 Weatherford High School Football Regional Championship team, Jeremy has always cherished the close ties he has to Parker County. He loves that “everywhere you go (in Parker County) there is some- one you recognize,” he said continuing that people in Parker County “really take pride in their community and work together to get things done.”  He is becoming a leader in his community through his work with Leadership Weatherford. This group “meets with the leaders of our community in public office, non-profits, and industry to discuss needs and opportunities of the city and surrounding county,” Jeremy says. Jeremy has worked with his father Jimmy Day for the past five years and thinks that working with his dad is a truly “exciting oppor- tunity.” Drawing on his father’s more than 25 years of experience as a resource, Jeremy wants nothing more than to do his best to help the people of Parker County achieve financial security. When Jeremy isn’t working or helping out his community he is spending time with his family. He counts his family as his great- est accomplishment. Saying, “I have an amazing wife, Wendy, and wonderful son, Joshua, who make each day a blessing.” Parker County is truly fortunate to have such an honest, smart family man to help with financial needs.
