PCT: What do you do to decompress?
RP: Work on my ranch
PCT: What is something people don’t
know about you?
RP: I learned to fly in Mineral Wells
like most other prior Army Helicop-
ter pilots, and completed a Masters
Degree in Management Information
Systems.
PCT: What would you most like to be
remembered for?
RP: Patriotic, flag saluting, United
States military veteran
PCT: How did you get into your
occupation?
RP: Hired by the FAA after an avia-
tion career in the US Army.
PCT: If you could have lunch with
anyone, living or dead, in history,
who would it be?
RP: Mark Twain
PCT: If you had to do another
job other than the one you’re doing,
what would you do?
RP: I would stick with the ranching
part … nothing prettier than a new
born baby calf
PCT: What is your impact on Parker
County?
RP: I pay my taxes
PCT: What is your definition of the
best day ever?
RP: Enjoying the view after a long
hard day’s work
PCT: What’s the best piece of advice
you would give?
RP: Enjoy your country and surround-
ings, I have travelled the world,
visited many countries and gotten to
know many people. All to say there is
no place like home, and always glad
to return.
PCT: What is the coolest thing you
have ever done in your life?
RP: Worked with disadvantaged
people during military conflict and
learned the many shortcomings of
our support, and served on the Unit-
ed States Helicopter team for almost
10 years.
