I love the game at that level and I would be honored to have a chance to positively impact young people as they prepare to become adults.  PCT: What is your impact to Parker County? LA: I am a huge believer in collaboration and partnerships. We have an opportunity to do both with entities across Parker County to ensure we manage the growth of the city and the county while maintaining the high quality of life and high level of services to our communities. My role is really to guide the culture of our organization and remove the obstacles for our employees to carry out our mission of enriching the community through exceptional professionalism, collaboration, and proactive policing.  PCT: What is your definition of the best day ever?  LA: I’m pretty simple, so the best day for me is a relaxing day sitting around a campfire with great friends and family.
