the U.S. should approach combat solutions to warfare in other countries.
The title is For The People.

“Super service, always on time
and always quick to schedule a
time. On rental properties
that take a lot of abuse,
Valtierra Cleaning makes them
look like new carpet.
They cleaned up a terrible mess
in a duplex and saved me from
having to buy new carpet.
They are very prompt. Having
respect for my time means very
much to me.”

Q: What’s the most daring thing
you’ve ever done?
A: That is hard to say. Combat in
Vietnam? Skydiving? Scuba Diving

say Combat in Vietnam as a Special
Ops Squad Leader of CAP124 with
seven other Marines dropped in the
jungles of Vietnam for our entire tour
of duty (TOD). The only time we
left the jungle was when we were
wounded, died, or ended our TOD. I
was wounded.
Q: What accomplishment are you
most proud of?
A: My marriage and two beautiful,
successful children.
Q: When you were a child, what did
you want to be when you grew up?
A: John Wayne. I was gung ho and
out to save the world.
Q: How did you get into your field?
A: It has always seemed that my path
was predestined. My career in law
enforcement started with a friend
requesting that I join in at the Parker
County Sheriff’s Office. My career in
education started with my recruitment
to start a criminal justice program
with Springtown ISD. My career in
higher education started with a friend
introducing me to the President of
Columbia Southern University … the
list goes on.
Q: Would you recommend your career for other people? Why?
A: I would not recommend law
enforcement because it is a tough
career, emotionally and physically.
It deters one from remaining deeply
