“Life is like a circus, there is always something going on,” Ryan said. “Plus I have always loved the circus and especially loved elephants.” Family and friends of the couple were invited to munch on popcorn and peanuts as the ceremony began. The bride chose a black mermaid-style dress from the Vera Wang Bridal Collection. “Part of the fun of this wedding is being untraditional,” Shana said, “so I chose a black gown. Plus, it’s slimming,” she giggled. Shana and Ryan exchanged non-traditional, heartfelt vows that brought about plenty of laughs from the crowd. The couple placed their hand-written vows in a time capsule of sorts to be read again each year on their anniversary. After the ceremony, guests were ushered into the “game” tent for a photo op with the bride and groom inside a kissing booth. Children of all ages were also able F
